Don't Neglect Your Teeth

Avoid storing your toothbrush inside a container to prevent bacteria from developing. Buy a new toothbrush every few months.

If you are experiencing these symptoms, you are at increased risk of having dental problems. Discuss your symptoms with your physician and see if your medications are to blame. If that is the case, perhaps you can change medications. If it is determined that your medication is not to blame, then your doctor can prescribe you a medication to treat dry mouth.

Hydrogen peroxide can whiten your teeth. To safely use hydrogen peroxide, pour a small amount into the bottle cap and dip your toothbrush into it. Gently brush your teeth for two minutes, but do not touch your gums. Then, brush your teeth again with toothpaste to help you have sweet smellling breath.
